At our long-term user Vipnet, we have been engaged on the project of establishing a Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC), DG and DQ procedures, processes and methodologies, and management of business and technical metadata. The project included an analysis of the current situation at the level of VIPnet and the Group, draft of the documents necessary for the establishment and work of BICC in accordance with internal standards of VIPnet and creating an initial plan of activities and communication with VIPnet management.
