BI4Leasing Solution

BI4Leasing is the solution of Poslovna Inteligencija for leasing companies in the Adriatic region, which use as their primary information system Globus Marine (Gemicro) platform. The solution contains the analytical data model, SQL Server Integration Services procedures to load data into data warehouse, and a set of standard reports and dashboards for leasing created with IBM Cognos BI (version 8 or version 10) or with IBM Cognos Express as BI tool. The whole solution is implemented quickly and efficiently and can be extended with data from other systems, and with BI4Reports solution.

The application is used by the following clients:

      Hypo Leasing Slovenia,
      OTP Leasing Zagreb,
      Unicredit Leasing Zagreb.

The application supports the following functionality:

BI4Leasing solution is organized into the following architecture:

      Data Source,
      The primary data source for the solution is the ERP / Core application of Globus Marine International (GMI) company,
      In addition to the primary source, all other available data can be used as the data source, including relational databases and Excel files, Access databases, text files, etc.

The solution includes predefined reports and analysis in major business areas of leasing operations:

      Sales,
      Daily / Weekly / Monthly Realization,
      Comparison of Actual and Planned data,
      Key measures: sales volume, the amount of funding, number of contracts, the interest margin, handling fee, commission,
